How hard is it to find a new home?
Very apparently
just got an email form a real estate sorry we had 3 inspections on this proerty yesterday and one was succesful! the property wasn't listed until after 10 am
so pissed off it was in the perfect spot for us, near the school for shane and close to the station for teh kids allowed pets
unfair, karma where are you?

3/ I am organising Sarah's baby shower
4/ Still trying to find a new house
5/ we are saving a deposit and will hopefully have it this time next year
6/Brad has a job as a brickie
7/ Grant has lost his job in WA
8/ Brett has a new job
9/I am trying hard to declutter

11/ I am giving up on frontierville and soon farmville( baby steps)

Last Month

I had a couple of sickies when I grated my thumb (I didn't realise I had none left)
Brad was doing his bricklaying course and started work experience
I have been looking for someowhere to move to.
Dave decided we should try to buy our own house
Shane is doing well at school, first in history
I only made 1 card, no scrapbooking
We didn't go anywhere for lunch or dinner
Dave was flat out at work
Grant and Renee were in town but we didn't get to see them:(

I am inspired!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I found a new blog today, a young woman from Melbourne, Delanie. http://andsoidontforget.typepad.com/and-so-i-dont-forget/ is the link she has inspired me to do something, even if it is only to blog more but hopefully I will do things. I am in a rut and it is huge. I want to go out for meals more, even if it is only coffee or lunch. I want to watch more movies, it can be dvd's (once we pay the fines Brad has accrued). I want to scrap more and read more and just do more.

I need to get off Facebook, maybe start slow and cut back.....

Anyways I am copying a few things from her blog.

Another month has gone by

Where is the year going? Another month gone and I have done nothing... I must admit I am a lot more tired these days and have no motivation at all.
I looked at a new sewing machine yesterday maybe that could motivate me... who knows, I know I won't be getting the machine in the near future.

We are looking at buying a house!!!!!!!!!!! what excitement!!!! I am looking at beautiful new places within walking distance to everything we love, but realistically we are looking at a small 3 bedroom older style house that we will eventually renovate a bit so we have my sewing room and a nice deck/ entertainment area. Dave would like a yard big enough to have a vegie garden, shane would like a granny flat, brad and I want a nice kitchen.

I was about to get ready for work this morning so I got my lunch ready to take grated some cheese over it and grated part of teh tip of my thumb with it...... OUCH!!!!!!!!!! it hasn't stopped throbbing so rang teh boss and said sorry but I cannot come in

Good morning it is a grey, wet and a bit cold day here. Never mind the good news is it is state of origin night, game 2. NSW had better get a win or I will be extremely disapointed.

I watched Bondi vet last night and bawled my eyes out, there was a dog that had been hit on the head when it was a pup and had a balance problem, it basically walked like a drunk, but it had been getting worse, it kept rolling. It wasn't distressed I think more embarassed. They did an MRI on the dog and got a neurologist in but nothing could be done (enter loads of tears) so they then took the poor thing to the rehabilitation clinic for animals, I have never heard of one of these, and they made the dog a cart to strap on him so he could walk. Talk about a happy puppy. I was thinking imagine if it was Kelly..... how much did all this cost? the poor puppy. I should not watch these shows. Mind you I cna entertain the boys and husband by watching these types of shows, the commentary is she crying yet? how much is she crying?
